MIT Sloan Global Programs is hosting a Conference with Tsinghua University bringing together faculty from their partner schools to celebrate International Faculty Fellows (IFF) partnerships and to have interactive discussions on China’s Management Education in the new era. Included will be lessons learned from the IFF experience, latest trends in curriculum development and publishing, as well as current research in AI, globalization, entrepreneurship, and business & society.

The MIT China New City Forum

The MIT China New City Forum is an event initiated by MIT China Future City Lab (CFC) and China Institute for Development Planning at Tsinghua University (CIDP) as a side event of MIT China Summit. The focus of this forum will be new town developments in China, including urban economic growth models, industry planning, and regional networks. One of the main discussion topics will be lessons learned from place-based policies and its applications to various economic zones, industrial parks, and new towns. The final goal of this forum is to discuss the implications from practices in China and contribute knowledge to the international community.

MIT Professional Education will host an interactive workshop, titled “Leading Innovation,” led by MIT’s Vice President for Open Learning, Professor Sanjay Sarma, and Dr. David Nino, Senior Lecturer. We will take a closer look at innovation at work in the modern world, and provide the tools for leaders to drive innovation vision within their companies. For over 65 years, MIT Professional Education has provided a gateway to renowned MIT research and knowledge via advanced education programs designed for working professionals.
